Own client delivery across several engagements: scope, dates, Friday updates and handover.
What you will do
- Own the relationship with clients from kickoff to handover
- Keep scope, dates and the definition of done on track
- Write the Friday update and run the demo
- Spot expansion opportunities and bring them to business development
What you bring
- Experience running software delivery with external clients
- Calm under pressure and direct in communication
- Enough technical depth to challenge an estimate
