1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Zer0Paper platform and website (www.zer0paper.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. Zer0Paper OÜ (“Zer0Paper”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in Estonia.

2. Services

Zer0Paper provides automated cloud deployment infrastructure for software applications including, but not limited to, Java, React, Go, Python, and Flutter projects. Our services include CI/CD pipeline automation, app store submission, infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and professional consulting services.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Deploy or distribute malware, phishing sites, or other malicious software.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our platform.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
Use our services for cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval.

5. Pricing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Annual billing receives a 20% discount. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Service Level Agreement

Uptime guarantees vary by plan: Startup (99.9%), Scaleup (99.99%), Enterprise (99.999%). If we fail to meet the applicable SLA in a given month, you may be eligible for service credits as described in your plan agreement. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from SLA calculations.

7. Your Data

You retain all rights to your application code, data, and content deployed through our platform. We do not access your application data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Zer0Paper platform, brand, documentation, and all related materials are owned by Zer0Paper OÜ. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zer0Paper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will provide a reasonable period (minimum 30 days) for you to export your data. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harju County, Estonia.
