Fifteen minutes with the engineer who will run it, then a look at your repositories and current tool use. Within 48 hours you have a fixed price, a fixed date and the workflow we will build.
Build
Week one: accounts, rules and the review gate. Weeks two to five: the workflow, built with your team on real work. Week six: training and the playbook.
Handover
The playbook, the recordings and the configuration in your repositories. Your team runs it and changes it as the tools change.

- One engineering team, one workflow built together, two training sessions and the setup above. More teams or workflows are quoted within 48 hours.
- Which tools do you set up?
- The ones your team wants to use, or the ones we would pick for your stack. We are not tied to a vendor and we do not resell licences.
- Does our code leave our accounts?
- Only to the vendor you choose, under terms we write down with you first. Keys and logging stay in your accounts.
- Will this replace engineers?
- No. It changes what they spend time on. Agents draft; engineers decide and review. The review gate is not optional.
- How do we pay?
- Half when you sign, half when the workflow is in use and the training is done. Invoiced by Zer0Paper OÜ in your region's currency.
