- Hours
- We work 09:00 to 17:00 Lisbon time. That is 17:00 to 01:00 in Singapore, 18:00 to 02:00 in Tokyo and 20:00 to 04:00 in Sydney. Our day starts as yours ends. You get a written update every day before your morning, and one call at the start of our day.
- Invoicing
- Invoiced in your own currency (Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars, yen, Singapore dollars) by Zer0Paper OÜ, Estonia. Half when you sign, half on delivery. Bank transfer.
- Tax
- No EU VAT is charged. Any local tax on imported services (GST in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore; consumption tax in Japan) is yours to handle.
- Contract
- Contracts are governed by Estonian law unless we agree otherwise in writing.
