Questions
- What does the from-price cover?
- One cluster, up to five services, staging and production, on one cloud. Anything beyond that is quoted within 48 hours of the first call.
- Which clouds do you work on?
- AWS, Azure, GCP and Hetzner. Managed Kubernetes where the cloud offers it, otherwise a cluster we build and document.
- Do we have to change our application?
- No. Your services run as containers. If they are not containerised yet we tell you in the review and quote that step separately.
- Will the bill really go down?
- Usually, because autoscaling and right-sizing stop you paying for idle capacity. We put the expected saving in writing after the week-one review. We do not promise a number before we have seen your usage.
- How do we pay?
- Half when you sign, half when it runs in production as agreed. Invoiced by Zer0Paper OÜ in your region's currency.
- What happens after the three weeks?
- You own the cluster, the code and the docs. Your team runs it, or you keep us on as DevOps as a Service and cancel any time.
