- What does the monthly price cover?
- One production environment and its staging, on one cloud, within the hours and scope above. Bigger estates are quoted within 48 hours of the first call.
- What hours are you on call?
- Your business hours, wherever you are: Europe, Africa, the Gulf, US Eastern to Pacific, or APAC. We agree the hours on the first call. Nights and weekends are quoted separately.
- Can we cancel?
- Yes, any time. You keep everything: access, runbooks, pipelines. There is no notice period and no exit fee.
- Who holds the keys?
- You do. We work in your accounts with named access you can revoke in a minute. Nothing runs on our infrastructure.
- How do we pay?
- Monthly, in advance, invoiced by Zer0Paper OÜ in your region's currency.
- What if we also need something built?
- Builds are fixed-price projects, quoted in 48 hours, run alongside the monthly service.
